I'd love to see more on Tiffany's bow, not allot of information on short draw lengths and arrow tuning for the ladies... Great series, Lee, keep the videos coming. Much respect and love
I was wondering why you were using 4 fletchings instead of the typical 3, now I understand thanks for explaining. Looking forward to a similar video on Tiffany’s setup, probably be useful for women and kids.
Awesome stuff Lee! You are definately a trusted source of information! Love hearing your take on arrow setups and the reasoning behind your thoughts. Thank you sir.
Very informative video. There's not a lot of videos out there that will explain every sinerio of arrow building and you also touched on some things that I'd personally never thought of. Thanks for the share. Be safe out there people.
Watching and listening to you talk about the technical aspects of archery is a double-edged sword. It is awesome because it reminds me of how great your mind is and I get to briefly see all that capacity for high-level thinking. On the other hand, it sucks because I am reminded of how great your mind is and how you wasted it on something as simple as hunting. Good luck hunting buffalo.
@@stevecastro22 Every year, rank amateurs kill trophy animals by walking into the woods and sitting on the first stump they find. People who rifle hunt can shoot game so far away that the animal doesn't even know its being hunted. A person can establish standards that can make hunting harder: age class, P&Y or B&C class, etc - but without these standards to increase the difficulty, hunting is simple. It is basically a matter of getting between the deer and where it wants to be and minding the wind. I killed two bucks in MN when I was in high school with bow and arrow that pulled 40 pounds - and I had no hunting mentors.
Lee man you are so right absolutely so right. Far too many people focus on what they shoot at not caring about other aspects. Far too many people do not know their weapons and what the capabilities are they also do not know their limitations within that. The only thing about the weight is this. Yes the heavier arrows will have a slower velocity and a lower KE but the momentum is a factor. Now this is where it matters. Fixed or mechanical heads? Fixed it doesn’t matter correct but but but, mechanical well they need an estimate of 70 ftlbs of ke to open and then you still need 25-30 ke to get it through. Bit you are most certainly correct in ways. It matters not with fixed.
@@donmcbean7465 okay but KE means nothing. Momentum means everything. Ke is consistent with bows and crossbows momentum is not. And momentum is what passes through.
Do you find that whitetails duck the arrow more consistently with a faster louder arrow, rather than a slower quieter one? Even though the faster one gets there quicker do to the noise level I have found I have to hold low because they are more apt to react to hearing the arrow than with a slower quieter arrow. Btw I absolutely love the content you guys have been putting out and want to thank you guys for all the hard work and effort you put into the archery community.
Lee, do you still put a left helical with 4 fletchs? I'm 27.5 65 lbs. Looking for set up ideas. A video of Tiffanys set up may help me more also. I'll wait for that.
Where are you buffalo 🐃 hunting wish I had somebody like you to to my bow so much good information maybe I won't hunt this year I'm really nervous if my bow is really set up perfect I want to bow hunt so bad this year seen a big mule deer buck last year
I find myself constantly confused with so many ppl saying different things from one end to the other and all of them make sense in some ways. Also the heavy arrows are gaining a lot of ground any seem to be having good results. It doesn’t seem to be a simple answer

Excellent, excellent video, video and very informative and clear loves watching every bit of it
Open to see more in the futulefty
This is a great video. I wish more people did videos on tuning like this. Any other good follows for arrow and bow tuning?

@h-minus2212 two things. There is nothing simple about hunting unless you don't care if you succeed or not. Number two, opinions vary!

Would love to see you send a Iron Will head into that Buffalo!! They’re scary sharp!!! Good luck Lee, sure whatever you choose will be great!
Great video, thank you for explaining everything out that way, it helps so much!!!
Where do you start your fletching after you find the weak or strong spine spot on your arrow?
Thanks Lee great video. Great series
What do you do with the mark you put on the arrow then as far as fletching and knock?
Thats a bucket list hunt for me! Goodluck Lee
Great video! THE GOAT!
Lee do you put the stiff part of your arrow the spine on top or on bottom, awesome video
Good luck! Thanks for great video. Wish I understood all this stuff

Why aren't the no spine perfect spine?

What spine tester are you using?
What poundage do you shoot on your bow and recommend?
Lee, do you still put a left helical with 4 fletchs? I'm 27.5 65 lbs. Looking for set up ideas. A video of Tiffanys set up may help me more also. I'll wait for that.
Great information! Thanks
Who makes that spine tester
Do a turkey hunting arrow set up sometime!!
Where are you going to hunt the Buffalo?
Lucky! I have yet to draw that hunt, hopefully it's not some private ranch bison hunt you can drive the truck up to and the legit experience
Keep it simple Lee, !!! I'm sure you'll make the right decision on broadheads!! ( SlickTrick, or the steel force phat head!!!)
Lee shoot the American made magnus broadheads. At least try them out. Fabulous products at least worth a shot to try out

I would like to see Tiffs setup. I setup my wife with a 600gr arrow. 300 spine 10gr per inch 225gr insert 125gr Buzz Cut broardhead
I find myself constantly confused with so many ppl saying different things from one end to the other and all of them make sense in some ways. Also the heavy arrows are gaining a lot of ground any seem to be having good results. It doesn’t seem to be a simple answer
No buffalo weighs 4500 lbs. Love your attention to detail but that statment was way off.
Indian elephant next target😊
4500 lbs is double the weight of a mature male American Bison.
You defiantly killed the thing, good shot placement. But those arrows are weak sauce for penetration. Dead is dead I guess… 😂
Good luck Lee shoot a giant!!!
Qad exodous
You cant get a more trash og a broadhead than a rage. And i damn sure wouldnt use them for a buffalo.😂😂😂 single bevel all the way
$250 a dozen. Geezzz
Surprised he shoots a 350 spine considering he's 30/70lb
A proper spine arrow weighing around 450 grains is all you need to kill a buffalo. No need for another vid. 😎
