So, clear and succinct, taking the confusion and mystery out of Erickson's genius approach to trance and delineating it so clearly. Thank you!
You’re describing the difference between emotion and physical suggestibility. There are cases where direct language is actually way way better to use than artfully vague language.
Very glad to hear that! We only made them because it was so hard to find the original (and awesome) Zebu cards, or later on, Jamie Smart’s Salad cards. Those were really excellent tools and it was sad that students could not find them. So we just figured we should make our own.

This has elements that can work in mentalism magic (tricks) and, unfortunately, fake "psychic mediums" (By the way... they are ALL FAKE!) techniques. As a magician, and also a person who practices hypnosis, this is quite interesting. I had not really had much interest in the Ericksonian method till now (this video.) I downloaded the NUVI app you guys told of some time ago.
You can't call them all fake. I took classes for psychic readings. You'd be amazed what's real. A lady I read.. She was skeptic. Only showed up for the joke of it and was freaking out that I knew she had stairs being worked on in her home and she had a swing inside her home. And another lady I read... She gave me something to hold in a bag. Without me looking, I saw a very large open window and a very large steering wheel. From an old truck. Bench seat. She revealed the items. They were teeth from her passed dog that rode in dad's old truck all the time. And that same lady read my unopened, rubber banded book and saw the contents inside. I opened it up to prove to her she was truly, indeed correct in her visions! I had one psychic tell me, so many years ago, that I was going to have an automobile in my name within the week. Yes. I was in the process of transferring my son's newly deceased father's car into my name. That was before internet days. She was in a town so far from mine.. She couldn't have known that. As far as mediums go.. I would say that I have lived a long enough life to have experienced things that could not be explained. True. Tappings. No jimmy crack corn crazy crap. True genuine mediums. And I've seen whack jobs.
