This is just stick hands training but it's a combat art they don't fight like this in real scenario it's design to end a fight as violent and quick as possible.
Because the student hear what the teacher said, that mean he controls by his teaching, so on the real situation the opponent will not controls by his teaching

If U don't know Sifu Fong's a different animal.I've seen him spar that boxers an Wing Chun the "F" out of boxers.No games there.He spars with 2 people.Fastest man on the planet.FF academy teaches mma,Phillipines martial arts,BJJ.I've seen him roll with Eric Paulson and the Machadas with and without a Gi.Remember he's in his 70's.
@Aiden Fisher Have U actually seen him ??? I have.His Thai boxing is good.He does catch wrestling,Bjj,Silat,Pma. He's contracted to teach Fort Benning rangers,and has taught San Francisco 49ers.He's the best WC instructor I've ever seen,not even close.
