Very useful tips. I'm struggling with the feeling like i'm always behind/late when the shot comesfrom the opponent, so I always have to run. I'm playing a tournament tonight and will try to implement the side steps. Thank you for explaining in a very good way. ❤
On my 5th padel session and coming from Golf, I found that your videos makes more sense to beginners since you really explain in basic terms.

Nice vid. I'd also recommend doing lunges as part of a workout routine. Gives you great flexibility and mobility. In padel you are always lunging
