Tamiya French Blue looks great on both models. I personally prefer the black tires. Reason being: better contrast. But, to each his own. Thanks again for nice, brief, informative and entertaining restoration.

eBay! I search for ‘rotary wire brush’. Most don’t last long but they are cheap and do a job

I prefer the black wheels Jason; the different coloured hubs on the grey ones just don't look right. Nice, thorough history lesson too.👍👌

I’m often not a fan of the grey wheels, but for some reason I prefer them here! I think it’s because they are a little more subtle than the black
