Nope, don't do it! If you give/plagiarize his speech you'd be like Melania giving Michelle's speech & DJT giving Elle's speech... UGH. You're both SO MUCH BETTER than that/them!!!
Love the show, Love Kathryn Hahn. Great interview. I wish they would just edit out the commercial! I don't watch cable anymore, but that doesn't m,ean I don't want to watch the whole interview.
Hi, I don't have cable but use TH-cam with a Chromecast for most things I watch. TH-cam premium subscription is worth it to me. Less than streaming services and I end up watching it way more.... Bonus: ZER0 political ads! Just sayin'
@@politesociety I was upset the video ended, when the conversation went to commercial. I didn't realize the video would be continued. (sounds confusing, I just wanted to watch the whole interview) th-cam.com/video/hSC25DaqnH4/w-d-xo.html
@@abbycross90210 There are several roles in classical ballets from the late 19th and early 20th centuries where men do dance en pointe, often for comedic value or as a contrast to the standard male role in a ballet. Men dancing en pointe has been quite popular in the modern ballet scene. So yes, they can and sometimes do. Perhaps not in a Russian original from the 1850s, but definitely not never, even in classical ballet.
DFW can certainly write a commencement speech but his books suck. Happiness is a kind of wisdom and he didn't have it. And those self absorbed circular, meandering crapola books! Ugh🙄🤢🤮
I've always noticed that whenever these A-list celebrities get a new load of plastic surgery, they go on a round of the late-night talkshow circuit. Anyone else clocked that?
@Trea-pl4xr you're thinking too specific, I'm talking big picture, and not even really about Hahn, and yes I know that promoting a project is number 1 reason. But go back through the months of LNWS to, one example, off the top of my head, was a Jeff Goldblum appearance. Sometimes finished projects and work seem to go hand in hand. I know I've not explained my thinking very well, and to finally voice it on a Hahn video (who definitely does just have a project to promote) was not best video to finally voice this theory I have had mulling over, but there you go. * Also, I am talking about ultra famous people, who wouldn't usually do every talk show merely because they finished one project, but have re-put themselves on the circuit for a special reason, while also having had noticeable work done.
I haven't noticed that, nor would I check A-Lister interviews and compare the timelines. But I do have a running theory. They can't do it while shooting or during post production (because maybe the movie needs re-shoots), so the time to get a major procedure done is when promoting the movie.
@MadAboutBrows....Says the nobody, commenting on the internet? LOL! They have as much right to their opinion as you do to yours.... Try again, fanboy....

As the child of a french teacher, Seth should really know that he was saying 'in peas', not 'on point'.
But he didn't.
One of Cleveland's finest. #hickoryhideout
I liked her en pointe/au poivre joke.
Damn Kathryn, "How you doin?" 😉

She's 51! Smokeshow!
Nice of Seth to find a guest spot for the young Ben Warheit in that clip.

Correction: male ballet dancers don't dance en pointe.
Some do. Just depends.
@@cirquechic204 not in classical ballet they don't.
