Matthew was the number one reason I continued to watch the Lions, even when they were doing so poorly. He always made the games worth watching, even when they lost. Now that he is with the Rams, I have become a Rams fan. He is worthy of being on a great team like this. Go Rams!

First Rams season I can really remember is Chuck Knox's first in '73 with Hadle, McCutcheon, Elmendorf, Olsen, etc. But I refused to root for them in St. Louis, so I can't really pretend to celebrate Warner--even though I obviously respect the man. I watched Kupp talk about that no look pass on the winning drive, Kupp wasn't supposed to get the ball but he said when he saw Stafford looking into the 3rd row of the seats he cut in knowing it was going to be a no look to him.

The admiration this city of Angels has given this young man and his family is admirable. As Ram fans we have seen QB after QB trotted out in front of us, Bert Jones, Steve Bartkowski, Joe Namath, the list goes on. But this man came through, and the great thing about Matthew is his desire to keep this going. He isn't content with just one Lombardi trophy, he wants more. His teammates, Donald, Kupp, etc will not let him rest. None of them are content. #RunItBack

Bitter Sweet. I live in Michigan, too but grew up in California and have always been a Rams fan. I KNEW if the Rams could ever get a sharp shooter like Stafford, they'd get over the hump. Last year was amazing to watch.

It is so gratifying to see him play for a compotent organization. 1st year out of the slums of Detroit and dude wins the Lombardi! With Matthews arm repaired all those long passes that came up short some intercepted, those are all going to be bombs that go for touchdowns and long yardage plays. This season is going to be one for the ages Stafford is going to be even better and the Rams are going to go back to back book it 10 star lock I’ve been a ram fan my whole life but never been so excited as this last year and for the future
