You dont need to take all away, could make it direkt
I use same technice as you. But how you glue the frame to the glass again? sometime bubbles appears
just replace the whole assembly it's so much better for the customer.

By doing this you make so much more money. I have around a 90% success rate and avoid the hassle of replacing the display and Face ID chip. Providing the customer with a full original screen with zero error notifications
