QQQ? How much Erythritol would you use, if you wanted to use that instead of Allulose? I was wondering if it would be the same amount or not? I would like to try both sweeteners, to see which way my family likes it best.
Hi, I found the original Keto Chow recipe called Keto Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Bars on their site. It calls for 1/4 cup erythritol in each part of the recipe. I want to try this too!

I really love Snickerdoodle Cookies. I haven't tried that KetoChow flavor yet. The bars look good! I love your daughter's ideas for bar flavors. I think the Raspberry Cheesecake sounds yummy as well. I think I'd try the Lemon Meringue as the cake base first... lemon in cheesecake is satisfying.
