@@PartyOf8Please :) thanks for the concern! no desire to kill myself in years, I'm not happy that my solution is "I will fist fight *anyone* including God Himself!" but my therapist says that's understandable and he's not judging I miss that old lady cat, she was grumpy (on top of being both very old and orange), but she'd comfort me when it got bad, and I wouldn't have night terrors when she slept on me I've seen her in a few of my dreams since, immediately becoming lucid, and make sure to thank her for checking up on me I tentatively recommend it, just not some purebred cat or dog that's high maintenance, because just keeping a rough time reserved for each petcare task can still be exhausting (Sunny could fart at will and weaponized it whenever I was legitimately behind on things)
The only reason I'm not 100% certain defendant is lying about the checks is everyone knows the correct lie in this case is "I paid cash". So I'm 95% certain she's lying about writing the checks.
So she was living in the hotel for 5 1/2 months with the insurance PAYING for all of that and she doesn't have money to even pay the plaintiff $100/month. WTF!
