    India's policy was to ignore Chinese psyops/propaganda, just like we ignore Beggaristani PM's abuses. However the Chinese Gandhis and their ecosystem in India blew it up this time. This is dangerous, when own people start peddling Chinese propaganda to score political points. The Chinese might be very pleased & they will try this again.

    At the rate the food supply shortages are developing in China the PLA might be stressed to maintain 300,000 troops in barracks at sea level so doing so at high altitude on operations seems well beyond their capabilities IMO.
    Always appreciate your pearls of wisdom and insight Nitin. Best wishes for 2022 to you and the team.

      i am an indian living in china for 15 years, no food shortages here. BUT, CHINA is never able to fight with full war with india, bcoz it will push them back for years in the economic development. they just want to show world investors that india is unstable and china is a better place. but, if india determined, they should move into POK to checkmate chinese belt n road initiative and stop PAK from making mess. my gut feeling is that China will make move on Taiwan after winter olympics., thats the right time that india to take back its territory lost in the 1961 war. if Dalailam is determined, thats the time to take back tibet also. For this india need full back up from USA n Nato. i am sure Russia stay silent to balance the game. anyhow, Nithin ji inputs are good. but, indian Army need to be more agressive on the chinese front. we should start reclaiming the land the same tactic of Salami slicing which was used by CHINA.

    • @iangerahty3422
      @iangerahty3422 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@raosreenivas3766 I broadly agree with your opinion but will observe that the availability of food is not uniform through China nor to different groups. Troops engaged in operations require greater logistical support than those in barracks performing occasionally in field training. We will know soon enough who is bluffing vans who can do it for real. Events in many other locations around the world could also bring forward or delay CCP decisions to act as could any possible internal contests for power. None of us has a perfectly clear crystal ball but it is wise to pay attention to many sources and points of view. Nitin and his organisation are one of my top go tos for strategic analysis that is pertinent to Australia and its sphere of concern. Probably the top to be candid.
      May you stay safe and well through these Interesting Times.

    Comprehensive analysis , explains to great deal the psychological gimmicks China is playing . Having concluded that Chinese have decided to stay in the stand off areas permanently, some out of box thinking from India is required to keep them sucked in these areas while India can continue to grow towards obtaining economic parity. Specially because China can easily play political nuisance in democratic India

    You say the Chinese have built a new 500 mtrs bridge.
    Although it is in Chinese territory, the lake Pangong is belonged to both countries.
    Why doesn't the Indian Army built a bridge or two to retaliate this action of bridge building by Chinese.
