It's not about just knowing the information but incorporating it into one's daily life through experiences. This changes one's perspective and also the experiences one will have. Certain experiences make themselves available depending on one's mindset. It's like playing the game through new childlike eyes of curiosity as even the mundane is seen through a new lens.
Imagine playing a video game, and the next level up is locked behind a door, and we need the key. Our job becomes finding the key that allows for experiences that will make us ready to experience what's behind the door. There's no skipping levels as the experience needed would never present itself. It's why some people have certain revelations in their lives and others do not.

No matter how angry, sad, disappointed etc. the answer has always been the same. I simply put myself in the middle of a forest. Sit by a stream and let my problems float away down the stream. Water heals. There was so much energy in that stream as it was the Spring thaw. The water was high and practically raging. There were even a couple of ice burgs.
Last time I went there I happened to look up and saw a blue heron standing in the water feeding. He was only 10 ft. from me. The heron helped too.

I have personally witnessed the Moon setting during the morning on 3 different occasions where in the span of 2 days the location of its setting on the horizon differed by thousands of miles. Setting one morning South of an East-West road and the next far to the North of the same road and on the following day setting once again South of said road. Years ago I met these quantum healing practitioners. They were very adamant about magnets and magnetism.
They told me to get a magnet and use it on my body wherever I had pain and put the South side to my skin and it would help heal. They also told me to magnetize my water, again put the south side facing up, and place your glass of water over it for at least 45mins.
I still use this today, I have a magnet taped under my water bottle, S face up. I swear my water taste different. Not exactly sure how it all works. All I know is there is something to it and magnetism is powerful and can help our bodies heal and regulate
