My own capacity wike God bless u greatly. Pls who knows the minister in Niger Delta I mean the Nddc that he should go and see what they are doing there. Contracts awarded since 2014 till 2024 hasn't bn paid for yet monies comes to the commission all the time. They pay those they like and themselves people are suffering. Obasanjo made the NDDc for the people of the region to benefit but rather those in charge hv turned it upside down
