46 yes lady history of rh arthritis for 30 yes was off and on steroid has already swan neck deformity developed in fingers presented with pain and swelling of both hands and in knee what will be the next step if crp high anti ccp positive should I start methotrexate.kindly guide.

What is the maximum dose of methotrexate through iv route
Pt having Esrd with dm with cad with ef 25% RA which drug should be used in these patidnt

Sero negative arthritis cane be there they may need.. Depending on the disease severity
Folic acid or Folinic acid -which one is preferred
Folic acid 5mg
