Please don't restore teeth like these when u graduate they at best get 1 to 3 years max and the patient ends up spending 2500 before insurance picks up 50% of it. Also when it fails its gonna be painful amd break off at the gumline. Better off getting an implant at this point. Heroic dentistry doesn't really last.

te recomiendo que soluciones el problema con tu muela ya que si no has tenido dolores intesos la solución podria ser algo muy sensillo como una restauración directa con resina, que se realiza en un sola cita. De lo contrario estas dejando un diente que potencialmente te podria traer mucho dolor más adelante. Saludos.
Bueno una vez que empieza el dolor generalmente es muy tarde por qué ya eso significa que la caries llegó al nervio, ya necesitarías un root canal y una corona, siempre cuide tus dientes y ten cuidado con los dulces....las dos cosas que producen caries fácilmente es fumando y dulces.....

I have a question when u do root canal treatment so then teeth nerves are disconnected so when a teeth is dead already so restoration of resin composite filling on it will work like work normal human teeth ?

This treatment can take 3 or 4 sessions, pain can only occur in the first session (RCT), but if the dentist applies the anesthesia well, there is no pain.

theres no need to use a fiber post there, with the resin cement reconstruct the lower portion make a deep marigin elevation with composite and prepare all the sustract forma table top or endocrown, the fiber post could couse radicular explotion with time, maybe another alternatible will be use ever X and ribond, theres no need to sacrifice the remainig good dental structure for a full crown.

Why have u used a crown for this treatment? Couldn't it be left with composite restoration and not continue to crown ?

Eu tirei tmn um q estava assim porque dentista disse q não valia apena investir ficaria mto caro, mas sempre bom recuperar mesmo.
