Just jump to LEDs! Haven't had to swap a bulb in the last five years and my Christmas tree now eats only about 53 watts of power!

Problem is, how is one bad bulb in a string easily found when they are in series?

It's definitely tough. It's not a visual example we have in the video, but look for the bulb that is "burned out." You might have to look closer at the tiny little filaments in the light bulbs to see which has lost its filament, or it might actually look smoky/gray! Thank you for watching
