- Here I talk about some old Jurassic World lore that sadly got cancelled. This is the story of the dark dinosaur killings of 1994 that InGen and Jurassic Park covered up before The Lost World. Involved was a Baryonyx attack on the mainland that I think would have made for an excellent story. Oh also I talk about Jack's Dino Defenders Extreme! Hope you all enjoy! :D

That whole scene is a good bit of why I think a horror-oriented JP remake would be awesome. The compies in general are terrifying to think about, wish they had a bigger part in The Lost World novel

@@HoundofOdin I understand that PG13 films sell better than R rated movies. As much as I want a few R rated JP movies, I don't think we'll get one for a while until someone decides to reboot the franchise or re-adapt the books sometime in the future.

Ever since 2015 and most recent news, the Jurassic franchise has really become darker and darker. Despite the story not being canon to the films, I wouldn’t see a problem with if it wasn’t cancelled that it was. I still imagine a lot of stuff is still covered between 1994 and 1997. Sorna’s fate is still covered to some while DPG states it gone
I got both Michael Crichton novels jp and lost world so exited to read both

The JP lore after the 93 nublar incident was always very interesting to me, the whole 1994 cleanup, this and how Ingen kept everything secret until the san diego incident, very dark stuff.

I kinda wonder why Regenesis wasn’t reworked into a Netflix or Hulu series? Honestly the expanded lore through DPG and such would make great tv series material.
Baryonx was actually mentioned in the novel and Jurassic Park 1 and lost world novel and the lost world Jurassic Park. Crichton was right. The dinosaurs have now been located in America and other places . The novels have finally given use the clues we didn’t know.
I've watched both episodes of "Dino Defenders Extreme" so far, and I'm VERY impressed! While I (and many others) may never get to see how "Regenesis" ends, "Dino Defenders Extreme" MORE than puts a smile on my face. :)
Shame. That Baryonyx looks way better than the one in Fallen Kingdom. Why couldn't we have gotten that one?

Klayton is like the Thor skywalker of Jurassic park fandom. Both have a great passion and love for their respective franchises (Thor skywalker is Star Wars while klayton is Jurassic park) and both cover so much from the films, books, lore etc while being subjective and objective at the same time.

I didn't know that they actually killed that Baryonyx. I really hope that they adapt this Baryonyx scene in Jurassic World 3, maybe except the killing.

bruno miguel I want that and also the events of things that take place between Jurassic Park 3 and Jurassic world. The building of Jurassic world, the recapture of the terra-dons and also the recapture and transfer of rexy. I’d also like to witness the birth of blue and the other raptor squad. As well as the mercenaries coming across Jurassic Park ruins. For the 1994 cleanup incident I want them to find Dennis Nerdrys body, the remains of Muldoon, The rest of Ray Arnold and the other Ford Explorer that rexy never tipped over and I want to see that all over grown and the tires flat and stuff. I’d also want to see the inside of the visitor center in 1994. And also see that they come across the raptor in the freezer.

I did read Regenesis a while ago and had wondered what had happened to it. Shame as it was very good. I also tried the first chapter of Dino Defenders as well but it was too kid's cartoon for me. Something a bit more serious and mature is what I'm looking for.

Hey Klayton I have a slight question to ask, what would happen if JW hadn't closed down but the volcano still erupted? Where would they move the animals and would they live them to run wild or would they set up a safari or something similar to a national park?

Ingen after the original JP fell were very desperate and corrupt after Hammond lost control of the company. The mass lawsuits taking place after the incident of 93 kept piling up. They lost millions in damages and killed Dinos.
