      What part of the questioning lead you to that conclusion? Part of SCOTUS's questions were why should they even be able to question the professionals at the FDA's interpretation of the facts when SCOTUS are not science or medical experts. Their stance seemed to be that only lower courts have taken this approach and SCOTUS has no history of doing it, so why should this change now.

      Ignore the highest court in the US? The final say? SCOTUS has become really really political, but it always has been a flex in the war between GOP & Dems. I believe that the greatest jurists look at the law, not the politics - but unfortunately, the outcome is that WE vote for the President, WE vote for Congress, and the President puts forth a Supreme Court nominee that reflects their agenda as a mark for posterity - and the nominee is approved by Congress or not, mostly based on politics. It has ALWAYS been this way since the beginning of the US. Don't ignore the court. You shout loudly enough, with others who feel the same way - it will create a revolution.

    The microphone quality at SCOTUS is really top tier, and rightfully so cause we should be able to hear clearly how alito and Thomas basically wouldn’t mind if millions of women were murdered by pregnancy and the unwillingness of doctors to care for them over an unborn clump
    Of cells they somehow think they care for more than their creators

  • @carolannlocks

    I think the major part of this as I used to be in law is that the plaintiffs don’t have any losses associated with their complaint . They are already protected per the defense attorney if they don’t want to assist a women that has problem w the drug

  • @jasonwhite6463
    @jasonwhite6463 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

    So the plaintiff's argument is that doctors can refuse to do their jobs because they dislike the decisions patients made prior to getting to the ER. That is insane.

    ok so as I understand this : there is a rule that doctors cant be forced to do abortion if they don't feel its right. the claim is that the Doctors that don't want to be a part of abortion procedures may be harmed by treating patients that go to the hospital because of complications from medicine abortions. This has never happened though, and is also not likley to happen because there are already protections in place to make sure that they wouldn't have to, and if they did, they would have recourse. this seems like a waste of time. i mean, what does this have to do with the drug being available to everyone else? am I missing something?

    My personal idea is, if women have No say so about their on bodies or abortion, i think this should happen.. ALL women that choose to have an abortion should be able to do whatever they choose. IF, we are to be controlled by Men, then as Women we should carry the baby for 9 months and before we give birth have an attorney draw up legal documents and sign our rights away to The Fathers.. I know there are many, many Fathers that would Love to raise the child until they are at least 21 years of age.. Especially if the Father of the baby is a Happily Married Man that has now Just Got Caught !!!!!!

      No idea of how you make this stuff up. It is the killing of a child. Millions of families are waiting to adopt. It costs approximately 50K for an adoption. $500 to dispose of a child and flush them down the toilet with this pill. The sickness of the value of life. Disgusting. Don't worry they soon will come for you.

    Courts are calling the allowing of women to poison themselves only to the degree in which it could end their healthy so far pregnancy women's rights? Instead of the courts passing laws against the use of coersive contro helping to prevent situations which cause women to feel that desperate while wanting to avoid entrapement into coparenting with someone who was being coersive at the time while they were demanding pay back after paying for both the dinner out bills during an arranged marriage or whatever? Hi Ron, this "child" in question is unable to make decisions. Often times an abortion is done if a fetus is not developing, or the mother cannot physically or mentally carry out a pregnancy. Also you do not have a uterus so this does not concern you at all. If it makes you uncomfortable, do not do it. If you are so passionate about this topic, why not advocate for children in foster care or affordable living conditions and healthcare so women do not have to be put in this situation? Just food for thought.
