I've seen a lot of people talking about stripping, the axle gears, knocking teeth off opinion and bevel gears. Supposedly g made has told them that they know that there is a problem with them and sent them out multiple sets for replacement until they make hardened gears

Most reason of bevel gear crack is over tightening of holding bolt. If bolt tight properly, there is no problem.
