In the booklet, you get in the box.
It does say to not overstuff the slgs and the bags. not to many cards in each slot.

My suggestion would be get a o-coin purse. It’s perfect. And doesn’t feel so heavy.
I originally bought a wallet almost similar to yours but it was so big and I knew it would be too heavy. So I returned it.
You can always just leave about 5 cards that you need the most in the coin purse. Then have a separate card wallet for the loyalty cards.
Yes I agree with your suggestion. I’m currently quite happy with my LV victorine. Something that’s carefree and can carry all my cards and coins in one. Hehe

I got a Chanel SLG a couple months ago and it has the same problem as yours, with loose threads coming out. I'm not sure if I should go to a boutique and complain or if it's just normal wear and tear! Very disappointed in the quality.
If it bothers you, you should definitely try talking to a SA. I'm curious to hear what he/she would respond to the issue.

This item now cost $900 in the US >.< & I want it sooo bad, but probably not really worth it, considering the wear and tear you mentioned.
another girl miriam elise posted a video on hers and her wear and tear, and hers is in amazing condition and it's the only wallet she uses.
Cherry, maybe you should inquire to Chanel and see if they can repair this or replace it for you. It should not look like this. Yours could be defective. I think for the money, it is worth trying!

No I didn't get it fixed. I started using my LV worldtour wallet and Coach x Disney cardholder instead. The size of the LV worldtour wallet is pretty similar to the Chanel small flat wallet. Uploaded a video of the wear and tear here: th-cam.com/video/0t9cp01WKLw/w-d-xo.html

That why i don't like Chanel wallet and some of them don't even have leather inside it just fabric the quality is just so bad I recommend a hermes wallet but they are hella overpriced maybe get a YSL wallet

ysl quality is horrible. stitching pulling everywhere, they look like it will fall apart soon.
