Looking at the master plan for the site, aren't most of those 10.500 on-site parking spaces going to be slowly replaced over the next 5-10 years with apartments/condos, businesses and restaurants?
Been watching John Kay show SoFi for about three months now. A reason to travel to LA just to see. Could use some underground parking so that they could put more 'park' to it all. Beautiful! Maybe as the foliage matures . . .
WOW, i have been looking for a video like this for sometime i live out of state and have watched what i can via webcam and the help of John Kay Videos, but WOW, they have done all this landscaping ALREADY????? the pond as well.... its amazing. i dont think i would be able to see any games though i mostly wanted to see how the construction was going through time.... its beautiful...

Literally 3 different structures built within the stadium. The stadium itself, performance theater, and the roof canopy.
Not to mention the stores,hotel,townhomes,restaurants,parks and nfl network building on the 320 acre campus.....gunna be a amazing area.. .
In between of the stadium and performance venue is the American Airlines Plaza
This is not too far from the Staples Center either.

@@travism8640 Allegiant is shared with UNLV. The state paid for half the stadium. Mark Davis borrowed the rest from the NFL and BofA.
