I think HP8318 bhi badiya hi hoga. (Mene wo use ni kiya h as I said) Philips ka coz mene HP8316 and salon straight use kiya dono ache te. But I think HP8318 will be great too. Baki check some reviews on TH-cam also before buying.
For longevity try using hair spray, and don't wash your hair. But yeah normally straight hi te for long time, if there's is humidity the straightening may not stay for long.
Straight permanently ni hote h.. Sirf tabtak hote jabtak aap firse une mod ya kuch na krlo.. Agar aapko zada to tikana h to hairspray add krlijiye ni to.. Abhi humid mausam me hojata h frizzy and curly

Philips kerashine HP8316 is really good. I've used it.
Baby honestly mene HP318 use ni kiya h but HP8316 black wala use kra hua h it's great
