    Love this kind of climbing

That was pretty amazing. Have you ever had a severe muscle cramp during a climb?

Yeah rarely. After loong sessions I've had my bicep cramp, or my feet if I'm pulling awkwardly. I've heard of other people getting forearm/hand cramps. It's no big deal though

It looks like you are wearing 5.10 Grandstones. If so, how do you like them? Have you tried the La Sportiva TC Pros? Looking for some good crack/ trad shoes. The Red Ricer is really amazing and it seems like it has endless amazing lines. I climbed there in the early nineties and it was overwhelming then, how may good lines (On fantastic varied, sandstone) there were.

They are Five Ten Blancos (like Anasazi). They pretty decent.
I've worn friends' TC pros before and thought they were solid, but I don't have good mileage in them. I rarely hear complaints.
      Rrg is a solid place

Any beta on the hike into the crag?

Tbh the best advice is to follow the approach trail data on mountainproject's map topo.
We drove as far as we could to the gate that happened to be closed that day, walked half a mile (in our case) on gravel road. Crossed a creek. Followed the retired-road trail as long as it went until we had to climb over a fallen tree and the road was eroded and completely collapsed into a cut bank from the creek. Skirt around to the right side of the creek and keep walking along hard to see trails. When you reach a right turn on mp's approach trail, cut straight into the woods and follow up a smaller creek for a couple minutes until a hiking trail picks up on the left and goes steep uphill. Follow that trail to the crag. The approach trail on mp stayed true the whole way, but when cutting into the woods to the small creek results may vary. Just walk in/next to that creek.

@@nathandevan3114 dang, even the one that expands between the rocks will catch you? or how does that thing work

@@fazez9201 Yes! They catch climbers. Here's a short video of a guy hanging on one th-cam.com/video/7IAhfsZo2us/w-d-xo.html
But they also hold strong for falls too. You can search "trad cams" or "how trad cams work" on TH-cam for more.
It works by pressing outward on the walls of the crack hard enough to keep it in place against the downward pull, kind of like standing with your feet on opposing walls in a hallway keeps you up against gravity without engaging much muscle.
