Skell Technology starts coming under increased public scrutiny when they are faced with mounting evidence that its products are falling into the hands of corrupt regimes,[b] and the island is abruptly cut off from the outside world. The United States government decides to investigate further when a cargo ship, the USS Seay, sinks off the coast of Auroa. The CIA launch Operation Greenstone, deploying a Ghost Recon platoon to re-establish contact with Auroa and determine the circumstances of the Seay's sinking. The insertion ends in disaster when the helicopters carrying the platoon are attacked by a swarm of drones. Nomad is the sole able-bodied survivor of the platoon; of his squadmates, Holt is seriously injured, Weaver is killed and Midas is missing.

It was a bit hard to edit this game into a game movie. Even though there's alot of cutscenes in the game there were alot of fetch missions in between that finished by reading documents. We felt it would slow the flow of the movie too much to include. The game was definitely fun to play. The gameplay felt smooth and the graphics are amazing. The environments are beautiful and alive. The story was average but the writing and voice acting were below average. Overall if you liked Ghost Recon Wildlands then you'll love this game.

Why is this done like Division? A lone soldier solving everything. Why couldn't the game be like Wildlands. A special OP's team doing team work style missions. That was a unique story, unlike other games.

@@darrenheeney5551 this game shouldn't have been done this way either. If it was like Wildlands that would've been great. 3 AI teammates with you to help fuck around and blow shit up. Having one lone guy out of 32 SPECIAL FORCES OPERATORS doing the entire game is the stupidest thing I've ever heard

The AI in Wildlands was very janky. It took a couple patches to get the teammates to work correctly. This game was designed to be played with multiple people playing as a team, which is rarely how multiplayer works, especially if you’re playing for the story, might be hard to enjoy it when you’ve got three other people that are either joking and laughing around nonstop or just want to go shoot shit in the face.
Darren Heeney Sadly, it was. One of the first cutscenes establishes that you and Faye Lau (a useless NPC) are “all that’s left”. So even if you’re running with a team, officially in the story, you are the only Second Wave Division agent left running around. What does that make all the other players in the story, your guess is as good as mine.
Why did they send 32 ghosts when 1 was more than enough?
Maybe Ghosts are like Xenomorphs - their effectiveness is inversely proportional to how many of them are fighting. i.e. when there are lots of them, they're cannon fodder (Aliens, Alien Resurrection), but when there's only one, they're a force of nature (Alien, Alien Isolation).

The plot to this was incredibly disappointing, and the fact that the actual game is just microtransactioned to hell means there is nothing redeemable about it, but thank you for going through it and posting the game movie anyway!
@OlEgSaS32 I actually really enjoy the plot. It has an air of mystery, drama, betrayal, and conflicting ideals.
Micro transactions for a full priced game is indefensible, but that’s a given.

@Andree Tungcab I liked both of them. Good people force themselves some times when they’re stressed and/or being hunter by crazed Category Sixers. Plus, that’s what happens when you put more into custom character creation, instead of voice acting.

Having been playing this game for 2 years, it crazy how crappy this game was at launch, compaired to what it is now, overall very good and fun to play.
Really enjoyed this a lot. Jon Bernthal as Walker definitely killed it with his role in my opinion. Keep up the good work GLP!

A little thing to notice: The tune in the ending is a slight variation of the Ghost Recon Wildlands theme, when Nomad and the rest see the Drones act as birds

Walker is def modeled after Netflix's Punisher
I actually played this before Wildlands and enjoyed it very, very much. I understand others’ beefs with it though I don’t share them all. For me it was a highly enjoyable experience and probably one of my favourite video game places to spend time. I hope the next game doesn’t throw the baby out with the dishwater and jettison a lot of things that actually made this one fun.

I really like Nomad's appearance, particularly that he's Asian, and how it contrasts with his voice and mannerisms. Thank You. It feels *sooo* satisfying to see a badass Asian-American soldier protagonist who faces off against Jon Bernthal (this being from someone who is Korean).
Nomad is American, the 'Nomad' you see in this video is customized, because you customize your character. I miss my spanish Nomad from Wildlands, RIP.

Rest In Peace Ghost Recon... or rather I should say in pieces. *sigh* Look at what ubi$oft has done this to GR. Look what they've done to tom clancy titles. I will remember you, the way you used to be... great. No wonder they killed Weaver and Midas in this iteration too. Hope the people who enjoy this particular version truly have a good run playing it. To be fair, Wildlands GREW into a great game. At launch, it was truly average. Breakpoint is too bloated right now (the loot garbage) and they made a mistake veering away from the team aspect of GR. Hopefully, they will give us enhanced AI teammates and add a bit more NPCs to the world to make it not feel so empty or appear the same in each sector (those little motorcycle spots is one example). This game could be very different in the coming months and year.

I finished the game yesterday after putting it on ice since amber sky. Didn't really care about the story, but I liked the gameplay without the gear level. It's smoother than Wildlands for sure.
Fr I think the gear leveling is the only thing that made me just stop and quit the game so early on

This whole game is so bloated with random flashbacks that I can't even keep track of what happens at the end. Can someone explain this to me?

So from what I can tell. Nomad, Hill and Walker were deployed to Afghanistan together after the events of Bolivia. While in Afghanistan, our Ghostly Trio is attached to a counter-intelligence officer, Lieutenant Vaughan. Vaughan is incompetent, using his senator daddy as a shield. Vaughan plays by the books in some respects, refusing to torture prisoners, unlike Walker. Vaughan, however, screws up and shoots a civilian and tries to frame her as the aggressor. A tussle happens, Vaughan tries to kill Walker but Nomad intervenes, leading to Walker executing Vaughan. Walker and Nomad are then grilled by their CO. Walker doesn't appreciate the grilling because he believes what he was doing is right, and that the CO is politically concerned about Vaughan's father. This causes Walker to leave the military and recruit like-minded individuals to form the wolves.

Not bad, assuming this is casual or low rank lobbies based on how that main wall wasn’t reinforced and the kapkan just ran to hug that wall without aiming at the window and pre-firing. As long as you’re better than the other team, it doesn’t matter, and the clip was good.
