Prelude and Fugue in A minor.

After a relatively long insterstice without uploads (on account of how busy my summer has been thus far), I have finally returned with yet another Prelude and Fugue. This time, I composed a rondo-like scherzo in lieu of the prelude, whereas the fugue stands as a slightly revamped version of a composition dating back from late May 2020, the year the coronavirus pandemic struck.

Really love this! I have a question, do you compose these pieces purely in the notation software or at a keyboard? Or a hybrid of both?

Most often I compose purely on my notation software (that being MuseScore 3), though at times I may extrapolate fugal subjects from my improvisations at the piano.
