They annouce a /32 (IPv4) and /128 (IPv6) which is attached to their loopback (lo) device via BGP. The have unicast, unicast6 and evpn families enabled in BGP
I think a tiered availialbility matrix with an eventually synchronized immutable data structure in an occasional mesh structure....with ai overseeing its maximum placement and forms and rights managemnet.
