- We try out this Hobao Hyper TT 4x4 Truggy. This thing is really nice, built well, race inspired throughout it's design! Lots of aluminum and design features found on larger 1/8th scale competition level truggies. This one is a definite WIN for $335.
Definitely not hobby wing electrics but the other way around. I believe hobby wing was founded in 2005 & purchased some R&D patents from HoBao (Taipei) a sister company of OFNA & established HoBao racing USA in 2016 they have been around since the 80’s & make some great quality products. Great video & POV was good too.

Loved this rig was my go to basher fot 3yrs sold it about a year ago but thinking im gonna get another
How was it and what were common breakages on the rig?
@@haydensheard9159 the wing mount broke and i ran into a curb at about 40 and bent hinge pin and hinge pin holder but its a solid rig

I love this car, I have 2 . They make a distinctive sound, like no other, they sound mean. 🤙🤙👍
I'm on the fence between this truggy and the smaller LC racing 1/14 scale truggy. Any advise on which is better for a first time rc car?
Where you'd be running is biggest factor. I love my LCRACING truggy. Inexpensive parts & aluminum upgrades. Great for 1/10th scale track & short smooth grass bashing. This Hobao would handle rougher terrain much better due to bigger & heavier size.
I've loved my LC racer but eventually the slipper clutch goes out. Center diffs seem to last much longer on any car. LC racing used to be great value but now they are basically the same price as this Hobao, and this is a far better car for the same price.
Wow I just crashed my TT a hour ago going 70 mph in to a golf cart tire now u unboxing a new TT😂😭
