For a variety of reasons, Jin was Heihachi's grandson, that went to him in T3 for training, also he doesn't have his name because Kazuya and Jun weren't married so he had his mother's family name
The only ending in this that is valid would be Jin's since in his ending he is in charge of the Zaibatsu and in tekken 6 he still is in charge. Jin want's to rid himself of the devil gene and end his family's cursed devil bloodline, meaning he wants to kill Kazuya and Haihachi. I don't know what tekken 7 will be like but I seriously am looking forward to it.
