Definitely making this for myself today. I had a fall this morning being over zealous with my exercise resistance bands ... my wrist took most of the impact. Can't do much... not even chop onion. Fortunately i chop and freeze peppers when i buy them. So will skip the onions and try to make this 'single' handedly..hehe. Great ideas Nisa. you'd asked for an authentic goan fish curry recipe... check out Hilda's touch of spice. yumm. Are you in usa? A little while ago Trump was at the Hilton that's about a mile from my home.. so lots of tamasha here.
