The final example isn't a plotter, it's just another (larger, colour) inkjet printer. A plotter uses a moving plot pen to draw vector graphics directly onto paper: th-cam.com/video/1J9GBEQs-Cg/w-d-xo.html
That last one doesn't look like a plotter, its acting more like a inkjet printer. Also plotters use a pen and are good for drawings like architecture drawings but not for full color images.

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
