Selecting Indonesian young players to play professional experience with friendly match on European league. With Des Walker and Dennis Wise as a coach and staff on Garuda Select bench. Many young players become more professional after graduation from that program. (actually that's is MOLA TV and Panasonic partnership program, not PSSI program) but many player is knowing how to playing football with right ways is because Coach Dennis Wise and Des Walker. Same approach with Shin Tae Yong Do. After graduation from garuda select, player have a chance to go to Europe, even fail and come back to Indonesian league.
