- The prophecy came true, the pure child is born. The no-heart creature sealed in the underworld by the wise owls is about to rise again. The game is set in the world of Rodia, a journey into a magical land full of mysteries to discover. Baldo is an action-adventure RPG, full of puzzles and intricate dungeons to solve. Traveling around the world, Baldo will interact with many weird and funny characters scattered everywhere, to complete the main story quest and many other side quests. You’ll travel into an open world map discovering new towns and people, fighting enemies, locating hidden temples and collecting objects to get new weapons or items to use.

Speaking of Level-5, we need some Level-5 games like Fantasy Life on Switch! Fantasy Life is a really great game! It has had some funny dialogue sometimes too! But I can not say in public because they're very spoiler heavy (in that it's not just dialogue itself but also who says the dialogue and who is mentioned in said dialogue). Everyone who's played through the whole game and it's dlc or extra content knows what I'm talking about.

The artstyle is not from level5 but rather from studio ghibli, the animation studio that collaborated with level5 in making ni no kuni.
@@fernandod4046 they havent even ported 1 and 2. Doubt there will be dc 3. Wasnt that some kind of lvl5 sony coop? That would mean sony has a say when it comes to nintendo releases. And maybe the reason why we will never see these games on any nintendo console except when u use homebrew to run ps1 and ps2 games

I don’t know why but I’m not attracted to this game very much. Actually, I was surely intrigued at the first time when this game was announced. But now when this trailer has been revealed, there’s few elements that appeal me. The game seems to lack something necessary to become a good game. I bet metascore will 68 or something.
Currently, metacritic user score is 4.5.
Looking at this comment section, many people were looking forward to this game. But now, there’s almost no reviews that applauding this game.
This is what I felt during my previous comment. The atmosphere of the game is good, but that’s all. There’s no appeal aside from that.

@@serge9786 The first Zelda game and the first Ghibli film (Castle in the Sky) we’re both released in the same year. Zelda 1 was released on February 21, 1986 - and Castle in the Sky was released on August 2, 1986. So the Zelda series actually predates Ghibli films by over five months.

Yea I’m loving skyward sword hd. Only played breath of the wild before regarding zelda games. Both great in their own way but now I see why people miss things. Skyward sword is tremendous. This game looks super good. Strongly considering.
@@Ray-dl5mp Yes. BOTW is an amazing game. But I wouldn't say it's a good "Zelda" game. Skyward Sword is also a really good game, I'm glad you liked it, not many people seem to.

@@Ray-dl5mp If you like Skyward Sword and BOTW, you'll most likely like the other 3D Zeldas. And I agree. I will be very happy with BOTW2 if it gets real dungeons. It could also use more unique items that you don't get only at the beginning, and some enemy variety, but dungeons are the biggest.

@@toonlinkunknown7667 Ni No Kuni is basically a JRPG from Studio Gibli, the anime studio. Gibli wrote the story, animated all of the cutscenes, and composed and orchestrated all the music, and the game developers carried that art style into the gameplay. With a beautifully emotional and artistic story, gameplay that works kinda like a mix between Pokemon and Final Fantasy, and all the amazing production quality, it's really a stand-out game, and the sequel isn't bad either.
The camera angle, combat style, and Zelda-like puzzles also reminded me of Oceanhorn. I didn't play much of Oceanhorn, as I didn't like it much, but I'm also expecting this to be better.
Don't worry about the likes, by the way. It can be a little annoying to see people mentioning how many likes they've gotten, but it's really not a big deal. Likes can be really hit or miss, depending on how popular the videos you comment on are, when you comment relative to the video's release time (and how many views the video gets after you comment), and how lucky you are with the algorithm showing your comment to viewers, all in addition to the comment being good enough to get a lot of likes.

"2021is the year of the Baldo"
No jumping at all in game. No map details or interactions with it. No real health stats per se, just 'hearts' that are basically lives and just like 80's games once you're out of lives "game over". No interactive camera or changing views; static view, no zooming in/out or elevation changes. No real easy way to save/load gameplay. No real use of the left joystick on consoles. Dialogue is clunky with no real way to exit-out, you have to basically hear everyone's banter, and the dialogue box cuts off sentences. Zero interaction with environmental objects; you can't pick up or interact with pretty much anything but big pots you can 'pick up' or 'throw'. Hey, for graphics, I give this a 10. As a Miyazaki lover, I give it a Ghibli tribute score of 10. But this is a big disappointment. This game should be $5 bucks, not almost $30. Want an epic RPG adventure game that's all I mentioned above and a bag 'o chips??? Buy 10 year old Skyrim. You're welcome.
Don't forget the super tiny stamina bar that is located in the upper right corner of the screen. Like who thought that was a good idea?
