I've tried but with no goal precision , it's was great the feeling of waking up early , I had the impression the day was very long with so much of time . This time also I'll get back to it with new perspective. Thanks Brian
Brian, I love your way of talking. You always recommend the right things but never scold me. It motivates me to improve myself so rapidly. I have been getting up at 3 am if I have to go to work at 5 am for 2months. I love to wake up earlier to study for myself before spending time for someone else. Though I started to work early in the morning to have a duty to get up, now much better for both self-investment and working for others.
1: Wake up two hours before you have to be somewhere. 2: Invest the first hour in yourself. 3: Before you do entertain yourself read something motivational, educational or inspirational in the morning. 4: Write top 10-15 goals. 5: Make a list then prioritize it. get the big thing done first. It will help you enter into flow state of mind 6: No music Audio programs about you field. Feed your mind 7: Develop a sense of urgency
I have been doing this for about 2 months now. I saved it as a youtube favorite and a short cut on my smart phone. I play this 4 min video in the morning and as soon as I start watching it, it puts me in the mood for the steps. Amazing, unplanned and unpredictable events have started "happening" . I am staying with it... Thank you Brian.
21 Day Mental Diet-whole world will change 1. Rise 2 hours early before you have to be somewhere-invest 1st golden hour for yourself 2. Read inspirational 30-60 min 3. Morning reading 4. 10-15 Goals writing in present tense 5. Write To do lists, priority 6. Complete the major task first 7. Listen to educational 8. Sense of urgency, move fast, don’t waste time Thank you!
I highly recommend this video to anyone looking for success...i tried it religiously for 21 days and about mid way through the second week (8-9th day onwards) I started noticing a spike in energy, productivity and of course results!! My life changed course and I thank you Brian...I'm back now after some 6 months, to refresh and take that next big step!!!
These techniques have helped change my life. What I like about Brian Tracy's methods is that they are practical. By no means do you get to your goals without hard work, but by doing a few things each day you will reach your goals eventually. Only problem is once you see it working you'll be addicted like me and be constantly setting bigger and better goals. Not a bad problem really. Keep it simple guys, just do it ;)
The 21 Day Mental Diet, Brian Tracy 1- Start your day at least 2 hours before you have to leave home 2- Take 30 - 60 minutes to read something motivational or inspirational or educational before you start your day. Let it be something positive. a. Do some physical exercise. 3- Write down your top 10 - 15 goals in the present tense as though you have already achieved it. E.g. I earn $30.000/month, I own the car I like, etc. 4- Write a list of everything you have to do that day, and then reorganize it in order of priority. Do the important task first. Resist the temptation to do the small things first. 5- Work single minded on the most important task on your list, until you have completed your major task. You then develop ‘flow’, that is energy to complete your other task. 6- Listen to motivational or educational programs while driving on the road. 7- Develop the need for urgency. Move fast. Walk fast, work fast, do everything fast so you will develop energy to accomplish more in less time.
I am amazed by the people who click on the unlike button. I really am curious how happy and successful they are. Thanks Brian, you surely influence my life in a positive direction;
It may seem funny what I write on spiral notebook everyday - 'I m self-disciplined like BRIAN TRACY' Thankyou sir, you are the greatest mentor i ve ever seen.
errolsmusic If they are goals that you really cherish, you don't need to refer back to them every day. Remember what you want to achieve every day and I guess the fact of remembering them actually makes them happen more, your mind will be subconsciously set to these goals every day
I'd love to be like Brian as a 70 year old. Alert, broad/square shouldered, energetic and still enthusiastic for life. I'm a 31 year old bum at the moment but I'm going to follow Brian's advice/guidance from this point forward to repair myself/life.
I applied this back in 2014 while working for a telecommunications contractor. Fast forward, I now own a contracting business that's sustainable and thriving.
He's basing this on a 9-5 workday. If you work weird hours, (overnight etc), then just resolve to spend no more than 8 hours in bed and strive to go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. When you wake up (whatever time that is), then that is your golden hour.
Your videos inform & inspire people all over the world. May you & all your audience (including I) be happy, healthy & wealthy. Thank & many, many thanks.

I like your list, but I think the 1. is suppose to be exercise first before mentally exercising yourself (that is if you already exercise in the morning). I had to go back to listen again to make sure. But thank you for writing your list simple and easy to remember :)
I am mentally noting you as my mentor. You, Sir, are doing many of us a favor! Thank you for sharing your gift with us. May Allah/Elohai/God/higher power above us all bless you with long life to enjoy your days by yourself and with your family❤️

Hi Dong what does the 1st point is about? Wake up 2 hours before your usual Wake up time, and then invest on your self? If I'm someone who wants to learn and workout, does that mean to read something else? Like and then workout and continue with the learnings ?
Practice these behaviours for 21 days. -Arise every morning atleast 2 hours before you have to be somewhere and invest the first golden hour in yourself and mind the mental exercise comes before physical exercise -Read or surround yourself with motivational, inspirational or educational material to set you up for the whole day Be sure that the first thing you put in your mind in the morning is postive, healthy and consistent with the kind of life you want to lead and the kind of day you want to have Have positive intentions in the morning -Write your top goals for the day in the present tense exactly as if you've already achieved them -Organise your to-do list by order of importance and value resist the temptation to clear out small tasks first, plunge in to a big important task and resolve to focus singlemidedly on that one task until it's complete - When you start and finish your major task first thing in the morning, during the golden hour, you will experience a surge of energy, elation and confidence that release endorphins in your brain that will propel you into your other tasks and dramatically increase your overall productivity for the rest of the day -you actually trigger yourself into a flow of high performance, you're more creative, positive and have more energy to get more things done -Continually feed your mind with high quality mental nutrition that uplifts and inspires you to do your best - listening to educational resource - podcast/radio while driving, riding on transport - audio learning programs as you go place to place -Develop a sense of urgency, pick up the pace, move quickly from one task to the other, don't waste time, the faster you move the more energy you'll have, the more you get done, and the better you'll feel At some point, plan/prepare for the next day

LollieVox (Laurie Webb ) He said re-write your goals without referring back to them. How do you memorize 10-15 goals?
errolsmusic If they are goals that you really cherish, you don't need to refer back to them every day.
Remember what you want to achieve every day and I guess the fact of remembering them actually makes them happen more, your mind will be subconsciously set to these goals every day

Thank you! Brian Tracy.
You don't watch news?
Very seldom. It's mostly negative crap. I'd rather use that time to learn something new or watch a funny show.

Thanks Sir for the inspiration!!
This is excellent advice. I tried it for a few days and it definitely helps make the day roll out smoothly and productively.
I came here following an advice from my faculty, looking forward to follow your advices sir.Feeling motivated and strengthened.
Practice these behaviours for 21 days.
-Arise every morning atleast 2 hours before you have to be somewhere and invest the first golden hour in yourself and mind
the mental exercise comes before physical exercise
-Read or surround yourself with motivational, inspirational or educational material to set you up for the whole day
Be sure that the first thing you put in your mind in the morning is postive, healthy and consistent with the kind of life you want to lead and the kind of day you want to have
Have positive intentions in the morning
-Write your top goals for the day in the present tense exactly as if you've already achieved them
-Organise your to-do list by order of importance and value
resist the temptation to clear out small tasks first, plunge in to a big important task and resolve to focus singlemidedly on that one task until it's complete - When you start and finish your major task first thing in the morning, during the golden hour, you will experience a surge of energy, elation and confidence that release endorphins in your brain that will propel you into your other tasks and dramatically increase your overall productivity for the rest of the day -you actually trigger yourself into a flow of high performance, you're more creative, positive and have more energy to get more things done
-Continually feed your mind with high quality mental nutrition that uplifts and inspires you to do your best - listening to educational resource - podcast/radio while driving, riding on transport - audio learning programs as you go place to place
-Develop a sense of urgency, pick up the pace, move quickly from one task to the other, don't waste time, the faster you move the more energy you'll have, the more you get done, and the better you'll feel
At some point, plan/prepare for the next day
