@@Firefrostdrums Yep Very good software .. The snare will not sound like that . any drummer will tell you that , infact the whole drums is recorded then edited using software to make it sound like the way it does . Studio recording ! this is what the mics are for .
@@Killswitch73 You, sir, could not be more wrong. I don't even follow this channel and don't know this lady. I am a full time music producer and recording engineer working with drum recordings & samples & "softwares" for a living. Perhaps there's a bit of sample reinforcement in the drum mix here, at least for the kick as only one kick mic was used (I always use 2-3 mics for kicks to get that "sample-esque" modern sound) but the snare has the remo emperor x head PLUS a damping-ring which will take out pretty much all the overtone harmonics (sustain) and leave you with pretty much this snare tone.
"This is what the mics are for" - The mics are there to record the close up signal of the adjacent drum + usually 2 Overhead mics for the overall drum picture so that in the post production someone can make a proper sounding drum mix for your enjoyment.
Microphones have been used to record music for our pleasure since centuries and it seems you have microphones confused with triggers good sir.
Drums in a room sound very different from drums on a record, studio experienced drummers will tell you that.

@@mehrdadrmz2649 Point is if she wasn't a cute little chick no one would care. She isn't particularly good at the drums she just plays some basic rock songs and stuff, she doesn't throw in anything really interesting or original to the tracks. No real utilization of rudiments or anything on fills or dancing around the time signature in an interesting way, I dont think I have ever seen her use a ghost note either lol. Im a hater I know, but when you hang around seriously talented people and you see people kissing this girls feet just because she is proficient and a girl its annoying.
