It’s a shame to see smb3 always get shafted but it’s understandable. It just doesn’t have enough to compete with the other styles. The only good power up in my opinion is the frog and it’s only good if a level has water. Smw and nsmbu both have the same abilities as smb3 but with spin jumps and wall jumps in nsmbu. In the case of smb1, it restricts the players abilities the most and allows a level creator to make levels around that.
Smb3 is outclassed by the other styles.
