I love Leslie and practice with her regularly. It pains me that she is not here, or that I never said, how much she means to me. I wish her family well and I know in my heart that she is loved.
The time in my life when I felt most alive was on a Friday after work. I was working construction. Working with my hands all day and being able to see this beautiful backyard landscape we were building coming together. The boss paid me in cash and I put it in my pocket. I hopped on my motorcycle and headed home to my beautiful girlfriend at the time (Lesley) and our two new kittens. I felt at one with the universe.
Great hearing from Duke this morning via email who has brought me here for practice. Just what I needed. Hearing Leslie’s calm voice whilst I’m worked out 💪 is so helpful. I have a vivid memory of feeling alive when I looked into the eyes of my dear love. I was in the moment and the world was in complete stillness. A wonderful feeling. I love how I can get this feeling through meditation and yoga whenever I want. ☺️🙏🏽🕉 Thank you both for your devotion in helping us through these times.
I let my soul speak and not my head, and what popped into my head was from a long time ago. I was about 4, and was "drawing" with a finger on a frosted window pane in a long ago NYC winter, and I felt safe and secure, with my whole life ahead of me...
My heart is broken. I can’t imagine how you must be feeling. Lesley had such a beautiful soul and inspired the good health of so many. It’s okay not to be strong ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
So devastating to hear about Lesley’s passing, so completely unexpected. Although we never met in person, she has made a major impact in my life and health. Such a warm, calming voice, and such thorough and professional instructions - it’s like having a personal trainer right next to me giving the exact right inputs at exactly the right time. I came to this practice tonight after finding out the news that my grandmother will most likely be passing away in the next few days. I always find Lesleys voice to be calming and warming. The practice made me feel better and more at peace. After I finished the practice, I came to the comments and have seen that she has passed away. This is such sad news. She has helped so many people with a lot of different emotions through her incredible teaching. Sending all the love to her family x

I found Leslie's practices at a time when I really needed them. Her 90 day challenge made a huge impact on my life. I continue to use her practices all the time. Just made a donation. It made me feel so good. I think about Duke and her boys frequently, and hope they are doing well.

I'm,... stunned. I'm, heartbroken, I'm,... so confused. On the 7th, my grandmother transitioned, and I've been processing that. Lesly has been such a grounding figure in my life since I began my yoga journey in 2013. I.... i pray you and the boys and all of her yogis find peace, comfort by her spirit and solitude among yourselves. I hope she and my grandma are helping one another's spirits transition comfortably. In complete and utter shock hearing the news of Lesley's passing- I wish I could of told her how greatly she impacted my life. When everything seemed horrible and overwhelming, I could log on TH-cam and flow with Lesley and none of the nonsense I was worried about mattered anymore. She had such a unique gift where her light shined so bright even through a TV or computer screen. Although I have never met her, I feel like I've spent a lot of time with her. She had the ability to ease my anxieties and dial me into the present moment. She is so loved and I have no doubt that her spirit will live on through so many others on this platform and who knew her personally.

I have never felt so connected as I did doing Lesley's live sessions earlier this year, it gave me goose bumps to think of us all doing her session at that exact moment. She really has brought yoga practise to so many people, and made the world a better place. I am always grateful for her beautiful teaching and regular videos.

I'm doing this twice a day morning and evening (Tuesday to Sunday) and resting Monday. Mornings i rotate an intense ten minute Hiit workout then after five minutes rest for this yoga workout, next day a 16 minute less intense Hiit and then this workout. Evenings i just do the yoga since there's no need for more aerobics since once a day is enough, plus this yoga is designed for toning and weight loss. A big heavenly thank you Leslie, for continuing to inspire and help people. 🙏🙏

Hello, I have been following Leslie for a longtime now. Everytime I draw myself on the mat, it's her who inspires me to forget all the worries and appreciate yourself for showing up. I also love every positive quote she read in the resting pose. Can only imagine what an impact she might have had around the people she loved. May I request you to share the name of few authors that she read these positive quotes from? Hi Lesley it Ryan I was just wandering Lesley with doing the routine for the leg over the neck I just get little bit confused can I wear any clothing for that trick or is Tights sporting wear needed for leg over neck trick just not sure I think tights or tights shorts good for sport yoga

That was a great one! Super challenging for me. I got through about half of it. So now my goal is going to be to get through all of it at once. I'm doing this twice a day morning and evening (Tuesday to Sunday) and resting Monday.
Mornings i rotate an intense ten minute Hiit workout then after five minutes rest for this yoga workout, next day a 16 minute less intense Hiit and then this workout.
Evenings i just do the yoga since there's no need for more aerobics since once a day is enough, plus this yoga is designed for toning and weight loss.

Hello, I have been following Leslie for a longtime now. Everytime I draw myself on the mat, it's her who inspires me to forget all the worries and appreciate yourself for showing up. I also love every positive quote she read in the resting pose. Can only imagine what an impact she might have had around the people she loved. May I request you to share the name of few authors that she read these positive quotes from? Am in a shaky place in my life and need to help myself by reading something that would make sense in this situation. Thanks in advance

Lesley changed so many lives, Thank you for all you’ve done for us. Hearing your yoga story touched me and every practice I’ve done with you has kept me truly grounded and sane. I always wanted to go to one of your yoga retreats but knew it was a long way away being a nursing student and no time or money. Hearing of your death is heartbreaking, and while I never met you in person you helped shape my life in profoundly meaningful ways. You will be greatly missed. Thank you for everything. Namaste.
I am speechless reading this sad and for me so unexpected news of Lesley's death. My thoughts are with her husband and sons. I will miss her too. She will continue to live in my heart.

Hi Lesley it Ryan I was just wandering Lesley with doing the routine for the leg over the neck I just get little bit confused can I wear any clothing for that trick or is Tights sporting wear needed for leg over neck trick just not sure I think tights or tights shorts good for sport yoga
