if that's the drusy stone from kendra scott, you're supposed to try not to touch the stone too much. the oils from your hands dull the stone and take away some of the sparkle! that's why you had to replace it. i do have a question tho, did they replace the stone for free or did you have to buy a new one bc you make it seem like they did it for free. so if they gave you a new drusy stone for free, that's pretty cool
