It's not Faseeel... It is Faaasil😊 Mammootty and Mohanlal follow different styles of acting and that is the reason why they have been ruling the industry together. Commenting on Mammootty's approach towards acting, SN Swamy, a famous writer in Malayalam film industry, pointed out that, he is an actor who transforms to the particular character. If the character is strong, Mammootty will be also strong and if the character is weak, the actor in him will also turn out to be same. In the interview, the writer stated that Mohanlal follows a pattern in which the actor turns the character to himself, be it a police officer, doctor or a lover. In fact, many would classify Mohanlal as a born actor and Mammootty as a method actor. Over the years, we have enjoyed the spectacular performances of these actors. "I wanted to become an actor, and accidentally I became a lawyer for a while," Mammootty told in an interview. Mohanlal is more of a spontaneous actor. As he usually says he transforms into the character when the director says ‘action’. His best abilities lies in is establishing to the camera the most inner emotions of the character with quite natural expressions in his body language.❤😊
I think fafa is just not good at taking compliments 🤩 he is just shy. And the reason why he doesn't want people to obsess over him or his fims or any other films is because there is a toxic "fan associations" culture around stars in India, most of Bollywood "stars" have organised groups for that (including tamil kannada & Malayalam stars) groups made of young people who are mostly jobless & aimless, they are not different from any politician's supporters whose full time job is being internet trolls. He just doesn't want that culture around him. In some other old interview he said "boys need education not fan association." I think this statement about film obsesstion comes from there. Also remember he was trolled so bad after his first film, many articles were written ripping his movie, it must have been hard for him, he had to leave the country, may be he decided not to let those remarks from cinephiles/critics/fans affect him ever, which makes him say "people shouldn't obsess over films so much". now that his films are doing good he could have taken all the good remarks to his head but he did not. He must have decided not to take any remarks about films seriously. good or bad. Forget all that, his statement is true "there is more you can do with ur life than watch films" Anurag Kashyap once said about Bollywood "These are 2nd/ 3rd generation film stars who have grown up in trial rooms, they have not seen life, their reference to life is films" which is so true. I am glad Fahadh isn't a cinephile , he isn't like the typical "nepo kid" or a cinephile his reference to life is not just films even though he is from film industry. He has seen & lived a normal person's life, outside film world, we can clearly se it in his performance and his choices.
There was a long break after his first movie, and even though it was his own father's movie, he was unable to establish himself then. However in his second coming he became as you say one of the greatest actor in the world. So much happiness & love for him from kunchako boban & mammotty fan. ❤️🤗
Hi Korbin & Rick, I watched a very good 2005 film yesterday called ‘Amu’. About the riots in 1985, where a lot of Sikh’s were killed after the killing of Indira Gandhi. A very grounded, disturbing but well made film. Really worth watching and reviewing.
Beautiful interview/interaction between Fahadh Sir and Baradwaj Sir❤😊😍🙏🏼Also even though Rick bro seemed tired both of your analysis, input and take on this was excellent and reflective❤🙏🏼🌹
There is no one better in Indian cinema than Prithviraj for the best comparisons and most intelligent answers about Indian cinema and international cinema. If you watch any of his interviews, you will understand. He graduated in american but actually he has better English fluency than an American. When you react when someone talks about any Hollywood movie and says it's great, you are actually unaware of Kerala audiences. even I have seen many of the best movies from more than 15 countries. As a human, you have never seen such a talented actor as Prithviraj Sukumaran. The movie "aadujeevitham" has been included in the Oscar list.so watch any intervew of prithviraj sukumaran please...🙌🙌humble request dude, i daily watch your videos reactions, its great, and i loved all👍❤️❤️🩹
His behaviour probably stems from the disastrous result of the first movie he was lead in, which was his father's movie, which only failed because of him, or his lack of acting skills in that movie tbf.
One thing i'd want to ask fafa is where he learned acting from. In the first film he was unbelievably terrible. And he was spectacular in his comeback.
I think he don't want people to take him seriously. He wants to do good movies and like approach of Aamir and Dilip Kumar. Unlike SRK who wants to be talk of the town, who constantly want people to call him King so insecure similar to Salman Khan.
@@paulroosvelt7501 i never said enjoying fame is insecure. SRK n Salman wants public to treat them as superstars or Kings or as superior people they are insecure about loosing stardom. Understand what I said if not please spare me 🙏
Give this a read guys!! I’ll tell you why he is being this way. I live in Canada but I am from Kerala. You see Keralites have this problem of not accepting someone if he starts acting like he is “The man” regardless of how good that person is at his craft, I don’t think you guys have that problem in U.S for example Michael Jordan can confidently say that he took it personally to the media then go on to destroy his opponent in the next match and the people will be like ‘Damn this dude said he was gonna get his revenge and he did, he is the goat’. In Kerala people will go yo this person started acting good and now he is a cocky bitch. There is a huge cultural difference and it’s instilled into a lot of us to stay humble if you don’t want to attract hate from the public. In other words we have been taught to not be overconfident. It’s a really bad thing to be honest and it definitely grows into insecurity and OCD like you said. He is definitely a great actor and trust me he knows that deep down too and unlike what he said, he does want people to talk about him and his movies but he is too afraid to say that out loud cause of his cultural influence. You can also hear him saying Mammotty and Mohanlal is way better than him that’s cause there is a lot of politics in movie industries so if he says anything wrong about the OGs in the industry he would be in big trouble. I am sorry you didn’t get to actually hear him speak his mind.
gys im again saying to read the goat life novel and then watch the movie aadjeevitham, u gys didnt get the feeling of the movie because u gys didnt read the novel. the story actually happened in 90s guy called najeeb and all circumstances he faced is a big inspiration for us. he is still alive.... again im saying dont judge the movie without reading the novel....i was so diappointed with ur review of the film so sad.. plz read to novel again im saying plz
fafa also doesn’t have a fans association which is common in india for most of the stars, he replied when asked about it “let the kids study”
U mean uncommon?

Also fafa saying there's better things to do in life than watching movies and acting is a job to him lol
Didn't think Rick would make it through the interview 🤣😂

he is almost sleeping 😅😅😂😂😂
It's exactly how he was throughout Sudani From Nigeria, which he said he didn't like after watching(?) it
