Mammootty is still among best in the country. I will rate these 3 ( Mammootty, Mohanlal, Kamal Hassan) are greatest actors ever in India.

Forget the big Ms of Malayalam cinema. We have Biju Menon Indrajith Dileep Prithvi Raj Jayasurya Suresh Gopi Jayaram who has given performances better than what Fahad can imagine in his dreams. Let him catch up with them first. Then there is Vijay Sethupathi Dhanush Suriya . Let him prove whether he has any chance with these actors before getting compared with Kamal Hassan

Malayalam cinema has been crafting exceptional movies even decades ago... thanks to internet with social media & OTT platforms, nowadays we are talking talk about malayalam cinema… As far as my pint-size knowledge… it was the early 2000's till 2010, which had seen an overall degrade in the way movies were created back then…. I think you should also check out movies of eighties & nineties…..

I would like to comment on the "entertainment and applying brain portion 4:40 ". As you said even for entertainment you have to be attentive and u have to use brain. But the difference is with proper entertainers the brain will automatically works and for the so called art films u have to force it.
