And just know that we who have the pleasure of being able to enjoy the beauty you create far outnumber those who are cursed to be obsessed with others above their enjoyment ❤ Even after one day, hearing of the hardships which you endured, I would say Eurovision was fate but you also have an overabundance of talent to be able to qualify for it. The contrast between songs like this one and Tsunami or Eregore show more talent than most of the `big` artists right now. This song especially breaks me every time I hear it. The voice and emotion... hard not to `feel` it, too. (By the way, Bambie prefers they/them pronouns. Nothing but love - just sharing that info for those that might not know! )
I believe that trans/non-binary people should be free to not use him/her etc., if they choose...however, I think to start using pronouns which already have a long-established plural meaning- them/they etc. is wrong on a grammatical level. Why not come up with an entirely new word-form for this, which could express this non-binary sense and at the same time avoid linguistic confusion? Think how 'Ms' was coined as an alternative to Miss/Mrs..a new word for a newly needed form.

Quick google says they've been around since the end of the 18th century. It's tough enough to get people to change language, yet alone add new words to their vocab after a certain point/age. Besides, I'm not real confident it's the `new` meaning for they/their/them that's got people `resisting`, ya' know what I mean? But for sure, I'm not against it.
