Thank you for sharing the rawness around business and how you’re feeling. You made me feel that I’m not alone…. I tend to spiral every time I want to start my nutrition instagram. I’m studying to be a clinical nutritionist and I know I need to start somewhere but I worry that maybe I won’t make it and people will judge me.

As someone who’s in a similar situation, I’m constantly comparing myself to those with successfully businesses and wondering what I’m doing wrong 😅 balancing business, socials, work and personal life is exhausting!
