    ទឹកស្អាត 6 កែវ ឬ 1040g
    ស្ករស 3/4 នៃកែវ ឬ 140g
    ស្នូលសណ្តែកបាយទំងន់20g 9ដុំ
    សាច់ដូងខ្ចីកោសសសៃៗ
    ល្ងសលីងបុកទក់ៗរសជាតិប្រៃផ្អែម
    ខ្ទិះដូងខាប់លាយស្លឹកខ្ទឹម
    Ingredients:
    Mung bean starch 1 cup or 173g
    Tape water 6 cups or 1040g
    White sugar 3/4 cup or 140g
    Mung bean filling 9 pieces (20g each)
    Young coconut shreds T.T
    Roasted sweet and salty sesame seeds T.T
    Creamy coconut spring onion cuts T.T

      @@salinawhite7669 Hello bong, you can not use any flour except Mung bean starch. No potato flour, no cassava flour, no Tapioca flour.

      @@salinawhite7669 Hello bong, Num Slek Sros is made by Mung bean starch, not made by Tapioca starch. Tapioca starch is made from Cassava it's very sticky when it's hot but become liquid when it is cool off. Please use Mung bean starch for making this cake. If you wanna try Tapioca starch, I bet you will fail it. But you can try it if you still want to try it.
