THIS is 5 Million dollars worth of home! Absolutely STUNNING!
This is actually a really cool and well designed home with a lot of indoor and outdoor space for this part of Chicago. It's very sleek, whimsical and unique. The attention to detail in this home is spot on. The apartment in the lower level is a nice addition. But, 5 million for Logan Square? That's a very ambitious price point. Especially if buyers will most likely change some of the current design choices. And it seems like there's a bit of a privacy issue with close neighbors while also literally having no city views. Great home though and your tour was perfectly walked through!

Yea, I was thinking the same. The home is actually really nice but the fact that there a large apartment building looking directly into the space is a major downfall. If I had 5 million to spend on a home in Chicago, I wouldn't buy this one. You can get a SFH in LP or Roscoe Village. I would personally buy a renovated mansion in the Kenwood neighborhood out South. Still a dope house though.

Awesome home. I've been a Logan Square resident for almost four years now and never imagined that anything this high-end was in the neighborhood. Despite the price tag, I'm impressed by how well the aesthetic fits Logan's hipster vibe... if only I could afford to put a bid in! Lol >

Now this is an amazingly designed home. My favorite you've toured so far. Nothing cookie cutter or builder grade about it! Eye catching details and real, natural materials (not that quartz junk I see all over these days). However, I agree with comments below -- the price point is very high for Logan Square.

Love that your neighbor is a equal sized building that probably has 10-15 apts.
The whole house is very well furnished but the top level is dreamy. The annex apartment is on the next level in terms of finishing with the rope rights in the kitchen. Overall, really nice use of colour throughout. Thanks for less marble. The main kitchen is very well designed and has a gorgeous chandelier.
Not a fan of the doorless bathroom though.

If it was 2525 That terrible TV show I watched when I was a kid... just liked looking at the ladies on the show.... its at that point I realized I like women....That would have been a raging buy for me. In the year 2525... I remember the theme song... Cleopatra 2525 ..... I was a manish kid back then.... I am the inventor of NICE... in a manish way....LOL
The space is beautiful.... The design choices are ugly and busy. This is the first time I have ever gotten a headache from watching.... Just throw the whole house away and start over.
