I think your recipe should be 1 teaspoon baking powder. ..1 tablespoon seemed to have a strong almost sour kind of after taste... and for me 1 cup powdered sugar was too much ...but that is my taste...but otherwise presentation was great. Thank you for taking the time to do this video...

No Rupal, nothing like that.. the cracks come when we have a thick or dome shape cookies.. in that case the heat inside the cookies wants to come out and that's when cracks are formed. If cookies don't have a dome and are shaped flat then the cracks won't come. This won't effect the texture. 😊 Enjoy

Quantity of Besan should be less otherwise it tastes more like Besan laddo than nankhatai.
