We can't use any theorem to "prove" or "show that" because then we have to prove the theorem which we are using ...the theorems can be used in normal questions only

tan (theta) = 3/10 =p/b
Sin(theta) = p/H = 3 /√109. Since p^2 +b^2 = H^2
Put ,
P=3 and b=10
In Pythagoras theorem above ;
H= √109
So , sin (theta) = 3 /√109
Sec(theta) =√109 /10
