Mxr on lay a way. Already got my idol. I traded my tm40 in for the idol....im kinda sorry bc the grips on the idol are crap. And the idol does not shoot that much better than the 40...that being said, the idol is sweet. I shoot it more than I do my R5 or my Cs3...not bc its better than. They are but...just because...its a grab and go shoot and not fooling around with it...I am sorry it's not cocker threaded and no after market grips..
The V2 grip (easily identified by the convex window vs. the V1's concave) better protects the screen. It still fits the frame as poorly as V1 and the window material scratches very easily. The whole grip design is unfortunate and was a complete cost-saving move. Take a look at the Skout (owned by GOG) Evo airgun and you'll see the exact same grip. As I said, cost saving move. Screens belong on the rear of the frame in paintball, not the side.
I love my tm40. I’m sitting on roughly 300k balls thru it and NEVER ONCE HAD ANY ISSUES. 18k balls thru it in one weekend during SPL open this year, As always papa Joel. 1v1 when we cross paths again. You’re not ready for the smoke. Turtle miss ya homie. Miss all my punisher family.
As an MXR owner and not a fan of Luxe, you’re right. Fix all the MXR issues and I’ll never pick another gun up. I have the random delayed shot every so often. Not the worst but come on, fix that shit.
@@Clear-text I have only had issues with dye guns and that's where it ended for me. I gave them a shot like I do all brands so I'm not just being blindly biased. Never had the same QC and manufacturing problems with PE, Luxe, or SP. Their tech support is OK but doesn't fix the problems reoccurring since the OG dsr came out. That's just my opinion.

Love my Idol. Ended up getting rid of my CS3 because it is so good.
idol's a way better marker. Dye is flopping, MXR is a fail. so many issues where as the idol just works great

Same sine the M2 Days problem after problem :( really like the way they feel and look just not reliable.
