Madame Tuang began her culinary journey learning the art of flavors as a child in Bangkok. Here, she trained with renowned chef, Nathalie Arbefeiulle, as well as an incredible learning experience with the amazing 3 star Michelin chef, Anne-Sophie Pic. She also specializes in Italian cuisine, as well as Thai, Chinese and Hong Kong dishes.
As well as running a successful business, the TGA Corporation, exporting food to 18 countries, Madame Tuang hosts a weekly show on Thai Rath TV ,nevertheless as a columnist in Matichon Newspaper . She also reveals her culinary know-how in private cooking classes through corporate cooking workshops and in the open space with galley kitchen at ROSEMARY BY MADAME TUANG.
