When I saw morale background effect I thought this was a vid on the state of the game. This is the day before a new part of the ds9 arch and for the first time, I'm not excited at all about a new story. Scopley is coming out with a morale crew and its ironic that morale in this game is at an all time low. This whole year especially since the ferangi arch has just been a cash grab. Scopley feels like that one friend that was awesome at first but started using drugs, you wanna see them succeed but all they ever say is how they need money from you to maintain their happiness. I think you missed TOS Sulu' Capt ability. On Enterprise TOS Sulu' as Capt , tos Kirk, gives two shots at morale with Sulu' getting a synergy bonas. Kirk, tos Kirk, Marcus, Arcady, and TOS Sulu' Capt ability.

I have a 2nd swarm crew . That runs on morale. Marcus (captain) Spock and Cath. The critical hits seems higher after morale pops. Definitely works for damage events
How do I measure my percentage of "morale"? How do I know if I've gained or lost morale? A few of these effects require morale to be above a certain percentage.

There's a couple of specific instances where you can cause mitigation stats to go negative, which can in turn lead to mitigation % to go below the minimum and approach zero. Kira against armadas is the common example at the moment, but you can also see it with Khan vs stations (Khan applies -1000% bonus to mitigation stats, so if total bonus of the defending ship is less than 900% then it goes negative, and this can even be increased if the defender is using an officer like 5of11 as the % bonus is applied *after* 5's bonus), and (no practical use) you can also use Qa'ug against hostiles.
I hope scopely will maintain the balance among the 3 sets of strike teams in form of battle triangle also wish the coming exp strike team defense officer will be more creative

This game is dead to me. Haven’t played now for 5 days and it’s amazing how little I miss it. Dopamine hit game which requires almost zero skill.
