The Mini Roll is basically a mini chocolate roulade covered in a layer of milk chocolate. The Penguin is basically a bourbon cream covered in milk chocolate. And the Jammie Dodger consists of two, round, vanilla biscuits, (the top one with a heart in the middle) both stuck together with jam. At one point, they also did "Toffee" and "Choccie" Dodgers too; I'm not sure if they still make them though...
