- This is my floor routine from Gymnix in March, 2020! It was such a great time travelling to Montreal, Canada for this competition. Gymnasts from all over the world travel to Montreal to compete at Gymnix each year. It was so fun to compete with them all, and I met some really great people. I can't wait to get back on the competition floor again soon!

All the time! I’d say most do at least once a day while training!
